Thank yous for your reply. I have tried everything. Gmail sent suggestions regarding POP3 settings and I received an mistake that the server would non allow access to my user name and password (encounter firsthand post above your reply). If Microsoft could contact me and fix the problems I am having with my electronic mail, I wouldn't be trying to modify accounts and then badly. I accept had this account for over a decade now and everyone has my email address only Microsoft is not addressing nor helping me with my issues that I am having and doesn't seem to care at all that I am getting tons and tons of spam in my junk folder even though I have tons of rules ready upward (I don't think they work to be honest) and that at that place are now 5 senders that I am non receiving electronic mail from (the number seems to exist increasing) which I accept been receiving them for every bit long as I have had my account so I don't understand why they aren't getting through. I need someone in the college up in the chain of command to contact me via private message to aid me with my bug. This is getting tiresome. I do not have the physical ability to sit down for long periods of time trying to effigy out how to this, that and the other matter. I demand someone who can contact me and get it washed in one go. I take already tried to practise that regarding Windows Live Mail and connect my gmail account merely I can't go it to connect. I as well can't seem to export my mail and contacts from Microsoft to it either. I have no inkling what I am doing or how to figure it out or solve it. I honestly don't desire to switch to gmail as I have had this account for a very long time only I am running out of options if this company cannot sort out my trouble and set my account.

Exporting my e-mail folders has been a nightmare! I've been trying for over a week now. As a cocky-employed individual, I tried Outlook because I had such a great experience with information technology when I was in Corporate. Only this 'dumbed downwardly' version is clunky, non very user friendly and is not almost as functional every bit I need it to exist. I've had this accost for near 4 years and I've reluctantly decided to move over to gmail. My contacts exported fine, but Outlook'due south "Options" settings don't give me many "options", then I can't input the necessary information to export my emails.
Outlook is simply not very functional. By not providing this selection to your users, you are sure to lose them FOREVER! I agree with MediaMomma - you're holding us hostage, and it'southward simply bad business.

KNOCK KNOCK... hello?????????? Is at that place anyone out at that place who has any clue what to practise??? I am getting tired of all the junk postal service so I desire to transfer all of my emails then I don't lose them to another email client. Why won't you help instead of running me around in circles? Improve all the same, sort out my event with all of that junk mail service and allow SAFE SENDERS to ship me email and perhaps I will stay. I am giving it til the finish of the calendar month and if you've non sorted it, I guess I love fifteen years of accumulated email.
